LST Service’s unique partnership with WEG covers the entire lifecycle of the equipment

WEG Scandinavia Ab’s Business Development Manager Mika Kuiri states that LST, with its wide range of services, is an important partner for WEG in Finland.

LST Service sells WEG’s high-quality electric motors and variable frequency drives from its own stock. We also repair and provide maintenance for old WEG motors and install, service and commission WEG variable frequency drives.

“Our partnership with WEG is unique because we can offer them motors, gear motors, variable frequency drives, maintenance, installations, and windings all under one roof”, says Sofia Kangas, Sales and Marketing Specialist at LST Service.

Expertise guaranteed by certifications

LST is also actively developing cooperation in the sales, installation, and maintenance of WEG’s Battery Energy Storage Systems(BESS). Our goal is to provide our customers with comprehensive and high-quality services to meet their electrical needs.

LST Service’s Workshop Manager Anssi Lusenius says that the workshop already has service certification for WEG’s motors and ATEX motors. In addition, the commissioning and service certification of WEG variable frequencydrives is in the works, with training already completed and certification to be confirmed shortly. The maintenance certification for WEG geared motors is also planned for the near future. This will deepen the cooperation even further.

“We will be the manufacturer’s approved partner for maintenance and repairs. This will enable us to not only commission but also service and repair the equipment, without the manufacturer having to do it themselves. By the certification, the customer can be sure that the maintenance and repairs will be carried out correctly and, if necessary, we have direct contact with the manufacturer”, says Lusenius.
